Oh Pear!


  • 60ml white rum
  • 30ml pear and ginger cordial
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 5 sprigs of mint
  • Soda water
  1. Muddle the mint leaves with crushed ice in your cocktail shaker
  2. Add the rum, cordial and lime juice
  3. Shake and double strain over more crushed ice and top up with soda
  4. Garnish with mint. Pearrific!
